1-night accommodation at a Capella’s suite cabin (all featured with private balcony/terrace and ocean-view bathtub)
4 dining experiences: welcome lunch buffet, Chef’s special dinner set menu, Light breakfast buffet, and a Brunch buffet on departure day.
Sunset party with refreshment in happy hours (17:00 – 19:00)
Free access to the cruise recreation facilities: Oasis Pool & Jacuzzi; the floating Ocean pool; Inflatable water slide; Mini-golf course; Cigar & Poker club; Fishing.
Visiting the Bright cave by rowing boat
All entrance fee & permission fee

Exclusions

Transfer service from and to the cruise port in Tuan Chau (Book in next step)
Usage of Stand-up paddleboard
Usage of the Sea Melody Mini-theatre room

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

For groups under 4 cabins:
More than 31 days prior to check-in: FREE of charge
From 15 to 30 days prior to check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 14 days prior to check-in or no show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2-days-1-night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children Policy

Under 5 years old:
Children under 5 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Limited to 1 child/1 cabin)
From 2nd children: charged 30% adult (without extra bed)
From 5 to 11 years old:
01 child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 50% adult (without extra bed)
01 child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult (with extra bed)
01 child stays in the double/twin cabin with 1 adult: charged 75% adult
Two children staying in a separated double/ twin cabin are charged 75% adult/ each
01 child in a separated single cabin is charged 75% of a full-price single cabin.
From 12 years old: Children from 12 years old will be charged as adults
Extra bed: Charged 75% for the third person using an extra bed
For private/charter cruises: Children from 5 years old will be charged as adults
