Follow this Phu Quoc Day Trip itinerary for an exhilarating day of deep-sea fishing in this beautiful island. Set sail from An Thoi port at dawn, guided by local fishermen who'll teach you their traditional techniques. Enjoy a light breakfast and watch the sunrise as you head out to the perfect fishing spot. Reel in fish like grouper, trout, and mackerel, which will be prepared into fresh dishes onboard. After fishing, relax with a swim and coral viewing on a beach, followed by a delicious lunch.

Itinerary

  • 5.00 AM: We pick you up at Duong Dong district (if you stay outside the Duong Dong district, please contact us in advance).
  • We arrive to An Thoi port, the fisherman will guide visitors how to choose the best bait which is a small live squid. When the dawn began to peek from the horizon, a boat leave the dock to go out to the sea to find the best spot to fish. While the boat sets sail, the group can enjoy a light breakfast, sip a cup of coffee or hot tea, and watch the sunrise. Anglers will teach visitors how to fish in their traditional way. Caught fish will be processed into dishes to serve guests right on the boat (fish can be caught: grouper, trout, mackerel, cobia etc.). After a time of excitement, stress and joy with fish, a boat docks at a coral beach for tourists to swim and watch the corals. Lunch will be served on a boat.
  • 2.30 PM: boat goes back to a port then to the hotel by a bus.
